As the Administrative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our office. You will supervise our administrative staff, oversee office operations, and ensure that our financial processes are running smoothly. Your expertise in communication and process improvement will be key to driving our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, evaluating, and managing our talented administrative personnel.
  • Office Operations: Ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities, managing supplies, maintenance, and facilities.
  • Financial Oversight: Budgeting, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure our financial health.
  • Process Improvement: Streamlining procedures and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Handling internal communications, coordinating meetings, and supporting our senior leadership team.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, relevant laws, and regulations.

Skills & requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar administrative or managerial role.
  • Required: Valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills.
  • Required: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Xero bookkeeping software.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of mechanical parts and tools, and experience with Microbase Automation.
