Position: Panel Beater / Trade Assistant

Salary Range: Above Award Pay, based on experience

Work Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)

Due to our ongoing growth, we are on the lookout for an experienced Panel Beater or Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a bustling workshop atmosphere. You will play a crucial part in repairing and restoring vehicles to a high standard, all while being part of a friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, and align vehicle panels and body components
• Carry out metal straightening, panel replacement, filling, sanding, and finishing
• Use workshop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all repairs meet quality, safety, and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work productively to meet job timeframes
• Communicate clearly with team members and management

Skills & requirements

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater (preferred) - Trade Assistants can also apply
• Relevant industry experience in panel beating or smash repairs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and a professional attitude
• Current driver’s licence (preferred)
