What You’ll Be Doing

As an apprentice at Topline, you’ll learn the skills that turn interest into expertise. You’ll be guided, supported, and challenged as you grow.

You’ll be:

• Learning how to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
• Assisting with servicing and routine maintenance
• Using modern diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
• Developing strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Working as part of a team that takes pride in doing the job right
• Helping deliver honest, high-quality service to our customers

Skills & requirements

You don’t need experience — you need the right attitude.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is genuinely keen to learn and build a career in automotive
• Enjoys hands-on work and problem solving
• Communicates well and works positively in a team
• Takes pride in their work and shows up ready to learn
• Has a basic understanding of tools (helpful, but not essential)
• Holds a driver’s licence (or is working towards one)
