Google Business Profile Information

In order for service providers to be eligible to join our EVOLVE program and consequently, be displayed in our retail directory with a premium listing and microsite, they must demonstrate that their Google Business Profile is in good standing. Google Business Reviews are a reliable means to measure not only consumer perception of a business but also the way through which a business manages its online reputation.

While we understand that some great businesses may have only recently started to proactively manage or grow their online reputation, the eligibility criteria that has been devised as our minimum requirement indicates to us that a service provider has established a Google Business Profile, achieved a foundational quantity of reviews and has maintained a review score that is considered satisfactory for consumers to consider engaging with their business.

At the time of application for the EVOLVE Program, you must have established a Google Business Profile and must satisfy BOTH of the following criteria:

  • Your business must have an average star rating EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 4.0 Stars

  • Your business must have a review quantity EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 10 reviews.
