If you’re a mechanic seeking a new career opportunity, you need to make sure you are putting your best foot forward and that means having a polished and professional resume and cover letter which can, on average, cost a couple of hundred dollars.
Whilst you might be a great mechanic, at the first stage of a job application all that is representing you is your resume and cover letter, so make sure they are polished masterpieces.
When it comes to putting together your resume, missing out training or courses that you have gone to the trouble of completing or having grammatical and/or spelling mistakes doesn't help your chances.
The good news is, if you have already filled out your Mechanic.com.au Profile, the first part (Resume) is already done for you!
