Have you struck a late model Honda where the vent temperature from the passenger side of the vehicle is warmer than that of the drivers side?
You may be led to beleive there is a possible blend door control or position issue, however this situation is typical of a Honda with a low refrigerant charge.
Due to the low refrigerant charge rate, the evaporator becomes only partially filled. Given the nature of the position of the evaporator in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) assembly, the result is typically a noticeably warmer vent temperature on the passenger side of the vehicle.
To correctly confirm this as the issue, do ensure that the cabin filter is serviceable and replace if required, check blend door target and actual position using a scan tool and ensure the data replicates the action when altering on the HVAC control panel.
If no faults are found, recover and weigh the refrigerant and compare to the specified system charge weight. Be sure to identify and repair any leaks prior to re-charging the system as well as replacing the receiver drier where applicable.
