We believe these standards are what sets apart a great service provider from a good service provider and firmly believe that suitable candidates for our EVOLVE program will agree.

By joining the Mechanic.com.au EVOLVE program, you are hereby making an acknowledgement that your business will adhere to the following standards when interacting with motorists who engage your business as a consequence of the Mechanic.com.au Platform.

As a service provider subscribed to the Mechanic.com.au EVOLVE program, you pledge to;

Employ suitably qualified automotive technicians and maintain their expertise through ongoing training and development.
Ensure that any person representing your business conducts themselves courteously and professionally when interacting with customers.
Ensure that workshop equipment and tooling is kept up to date in order to be able to deliver the highest standard of service.
Conduct all work at a fair and reasonable cost.
Use only quality spare parts when carrying out service or repair work on a customer's vehicle.
Notify motorists before carrying out any work that exceeds the amount of any quote that has been previously provided by you.
