Kinnane's Car Clinic is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers. Your role will involve working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, utilising your expertise to deliver exceptional results. Detect, diagnose and repair faults including fuel injection and electronics. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in automotive repair.

Skills & requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanic, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues in vehicles.
• The ability to work well in a team but also stay focused when unsupervised.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systems in motor vehicles.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and software effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Diagnostic skills and experience with scan tools and fuel injection
• Experience in tyres, roadworthies, wheel alignments, air conditioning, etc.
• Experience with tyre fitment equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's licence (manual) and a clean driving record.
• Certified III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
• Your own toolbox and tools
