We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager for our Cockburn
store with a strong sales background who has a proven ability manage and to
develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small
team. The role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in cars and be
passionate about the Pedders brand and products.
As part of this role, you will:
Actively develop and build relationships with retail and trade customers
Ensure the commercial financial viability by achieving agreed budgets, sales and
margin targets to maximise store profitability
Demonstrate a constructive leadership style to motivate and support your team to achieve
store targets
Maintain Pedders store standards, including compliance to OH&S and other company
policies
Assist in workshop and be “hands-on” when required
Required to be successful in this role:
Communication skills, ability to influence, encourage and lead your team to achieve goals
Time Management, ability to deal with competing priorities and delegate
Naturally sales and achievement focused with proven and demonstrated past sales achievements
